Teams earn points based on their ranking in each sport, with the highest of 15 points given to each champion squad.
University of the Philippines wound up third (130) built on title runs in women’s badminton, poomsae and women’s taekwondo, while Ateneo swept men and women’s swimming to finish with a fourth-best 114 points.
National U, fresh from ending a 60-year title drought in men’s basketball, landed fifth with 99 points despite fielding no team in several sports. Far Eastern U garnered 91 points.
