Teng joins Ravena in ‘All In’ tiff
La Salle ace Jeron Teng will play for Team PCWorx, a selection of collegiate and former PBA stars that will play an Allen Iverson-coached Ball Up Streetball All Stars in the “All In Charity Basketball” event on Nov. 5 at Mall of Asia Arena.
Teng will team up with star Ateneo guard Kiefer Ravena, the reigning UAAP MVP, in the event put up by PCWorx led by its managing director Michael Angelo Chua to raise funds for the construction of 44 houses—equivalent to two communities—at the Gawad Kalinga Bulaklakan Chapter in Barangay Holy Spirit in Quezon City.
With Teng and Ravena on Team PCWorx of Grand Slam coach Tim Cone are Troy Rosario of UAAP champion National U and Mark Belo of runner-up Far Eastern U.
Also in the team are Ateneo’s Thirdy Ravena, La Salle’s Almond Vosotros, San Beda’s Javee Mocon and Ola Adeogun and San Sebastian’s Jaymar Perez as well as ex-PBA stars Jerry Codiñera, Renren Ritualo and Willie Miller.
The selection, which will be outfitted by Accel, will also parade former NBA stars DerMarr Johnson and Eddy Curry.
