Oguing Navarro centennial golf at Intramuros

Family and friends of the late Constantino “Oguing” C. Navarro will hold a fellowship golf tournament at Club Intramuros on Nov. 11 in celebration of the 100th birth anniversary of the former Surigao del Norte congressman and governor. Tee-off starts at 6:30 a.m.
