The Pleasant Group Super Big Event 8-Stag Derby unwraps tomorrow at Pasay City Cockpit.
It is the only one-day, 8-stag derby this year, said PCC pit manager Eric dela Rosa.
’Bakbakan’ stags will be used for this event and the red flag format (no request for no fight) will be used.
Supported by Sagupaan Complexor 3000 and to be hosted by Jake Javier of Batangas, more than 100 fights will be unleashed on Friday.
Members of two popular cockers groups—the National Cockers Alliance (NCA) and Ultimate Fighting Cock Champions (UFCC)—have pledged their support.
Submission of entries is until 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 13.
Meanwhile, PCC will stage the FFG Archers 6-Stag Derby on Nov. 21 and the EP Roosterville Big Event 7-Stag Derby on Nov. 28.
