Siargao Legends upended FEU-NRMF, 78-70, in a battle of unbeaten teams on Sunday to remain on top of Group B in the 4th DELeague basketball tournament at Marikina Sports Center.
Former University of the East stalwart Charles Mammie had 10 points and 11 rebounds for the Legends, who claimed their third straight win in the league supported by Marikina Mayor Del De Guzman.
Former PBA stars Marlou Aquino, Leo Najorda, Celino Cruz and Willie Miller also combined for 24 points for Siargao.
In Group A, Uratex Foam outplayed Kawasaki Marikina, 95-77, for its second victory in four outings.
Uratex was led by JC Po and Von Tambeling who scored 20 and 15 points, respectively.
Meanwhile, Sta. Lucia Land Inc. whipped Philippine National Police, 106-64, in Group A and Sealions tripped Mercenary, 97-90, in Goup B on Saturday.
