Free live telecast of Pacquiao fight in various places in Manila

MANILA, Philippines—The city government of Manila is providing free venues for live viewing of the boxing match between Manny Pacquiao and American Chris Algieri in seven sports centers and one shopping mall starting 8 a.m. Sunday.

The live telecast will be shown on large LED screens at Rasac Covered Court (Alvarez Street and Rizal Avenue), Patricia Covered Court (Flora Street, Gagalangin, Tondo), Sarmiento Covered Court (Old Sta. Mesa Street, Sta. Mesa), San Andres Sports Complex (San Andres Street, Malate), Dapitan Sports Complex (Instruccion Street, Sampaloc), Del Pan Sports Complex (Del Pan, Binondo) and Tondo Sports Complex (Nicolas Zamora Street, Tondo).

There will also be a free viewing at the food court of 168 Mall in Divisoria.

District councilors and local barangay leaders have distributed tickets to these free venues for control purposes.
