MAKATI CITY, Philippines — Fresh from his title defense against American Chris Algieri, Sarangani Rep. Manny Pacquiao celebrated with the Binays of Makati City on Thursday.

Pacquiao gave a courtesy call on Vice President Jejomar Binay and his son Mayor Jejomar Erwin Binay, Jr. at City Hall.

The father and son flanked Pacquiao and raised the arms of the eight-division world champion for his successful defense of his World Boxing Organization welterweight crown against Algieri last Sunday.

Afterwards, the Binays accompanied Pacquiao in a 30-minute motorcade along Ayala Avenue, JP Rizal Street, Gil Puyat Avenue and Chino Roces Avenue.
