SINGAPORE—Malaysia scored two stoppage time goals in a 3-1 victory over Singapore on Saturday to book a place in the semifinal of the Suzuki Cup and knock the reigning champions out of Southeast Asia’s premier football competition.

Safee Sali gave Malaysia the lead in the 63rd minute, but neighboring Singapore equalized with seven minutes to go.
