MANILA, Philippines—Energy drink Milo on Saturday announced the postponement of the national finals of its marathon which was originally set for Sunday (Dec. 7) due to the imminent landfall of Typhoon Ruby (international name: Hagupit).
In a statement, Milo said that the national finals will be moved to a later date “which will be announced within the next few days.”
“We would like to assure all officially registered runners that their registration will be honored in the new race schedule,” Milo added.
Since its inception in 1974, Milo Marathon has attracted thousands of athletes and running enthusiasts.
