Tropical Storm “Ruby” forced the cancellation of today’s Philippine Sportswriters Association Forum at Shakey’s Malate. PSA president Jun Lomibao of the Business Mirror said the weekly forum will resume next Tuesday. The Philippine Basketball Association likewise canceled all three D-League games yesterday at Ynares Sports Arena. All NCAA events until tomorrow and today’s UAAP athletics event have also been reset.
