MANILA, Philippines — Meralco is looking at the possibility of bringing in former Air21 import Michael Dunigan for the 2015 PBA Commissioner’s Cup.
Dunigan averaged 23.9 points, 15.4 rebounds and 2.4 blocks in 15 games for the Express in the same conference two years ago. He led Air21 (now NLEX) to the quarterfinals before losing to eventual champion Alaska.
After spending one conference in the PBA, the 25-year-old Dunigan played in the Korean Basketball League.
Dunigan is still currently in the NBA D-League playing for the Canton Charge where he is averaging 11.8 points, 7.1 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game.
The second conference opens on January 27.
