KUALA LUMPUR—Juvic Pagunsan fired a three-under 69 in the second round of the $3-million Maybank Malaysian Open Friday but slipped seven shots behind co-leaders Lee Westwood of England and Spain’s Alejandro Canizares with a 140 total at Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club.
