NCAA beach volley set tomorrow at Subic Waterfront

MANILA, Philippines—The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) holds this season’s beach volleyball tournament at Waterfront Boardwalk of Subic Freeport from Feb. 11 to 15.

Letran hosts the competition which will see San Sebastian College and College of St. Benilde defend their titles in the women’s and men’s division, respectively.

Arellano University is the defending champion in the high school tournament.

“We want to let the fans from the province experience the NCAA,” said Fr. Victor Calvo, OP, also chair of the tournament committee.

The NCAA beach volleyball competition is backed by Summit Mineral Water, Smart, Gerry’s Grill, Hawk Bags, Pau Liniment, Victory Liner, Mikasa, LGR Athletic Wears, Acme Inc., Subic Bay Freeport Chamber of Commerce, Lighthouse Resort, Bayfront Hotel, Terrace Hotel, Subic Park Hotel and Villas Moonbay Marina.
