MANILA, Philippines — Two Filipinos will be fighting in the undercard of the first Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) event here on May 16 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Filipino bets Roldan Sangcha-an and Mark Eddiva hope to make the hometown crowd proud when they take on separate opponents on UFC FIGHT NIGHT 65.

Sangcha-an, who has a mixed martial arts record of four wins and one loss, tangles with Brazilian jiu-jitsu practitioner Jon delos Reyes in the flyweight division while the striking specialist Eddiva goes up against American Alex White.

Former champions Frankie Edgar and Urijah Faber will headline the card as announced nearly two weeks ago.
