UNTV CUP: Malacañang, Judiciary fives dispute F4 slot

MANILA, Philippines–Judiciary and Malacañang dispute the first outright semifinals berth when they clash tomorrow even as Philippine National Police shoots for its sixth win in the 3rd UNTV Cup at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

The Judiciary Magis and the Malacañang Patriots clash at 4:30 p.m. with both teams going for the magic win that will secure for themselves an outright Final Four berth.

Both Malacañang and Judiciary are sporting 6-1 win-loss records.

The two teams won their previous games with the Patriots beating defending champions Armed Forces of the Philippines Cavaliers, 79-76, and the Magis drubbing Bureau of Fire Protection, 104-81.

Equally crucial is the 3 p.m. showdown between PNP and Senate, two teams still in contention for an outright semifinals berth with 5-1 and 5-2 records, respectively.
