MANILA, Philippines-Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh has been released from the hospital following treatment for a blood clot in his lung.

Head coach Erik Spoelstra told Ira Winderman of South Florida Sun-Sentinel the news and that the two-time NBA champion is recovering.

“He’s at home, he’s starting to feel a little better,” Spoelstra told Winderman.

Bosh was released on Saturday (Manila time).

Spoelstra did not say if Bosh would come to Heat games but “the biggest thing is he’s at home.”

Bosh, a 10-time All Star, averaged 21.1 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.9 steals and 0.6 blocks this season helping Dwyane Wade lead the Heat after the exit of four-time MVP LeBron James.
