Pacquiao’s kids will be at ringside when he fights Mayweather

MANILA, Philippines — Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr. fulfilled the hopes of millions when they finally agreed to fight on May 2 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

And among those were Pacquiao’s two kids, whom he said had been wanting their father to fight Mayweather for several years.

“My son and my daughter, they really want this fight to happen,” Pacquiao said in an interview with CNN. “They really want to watch the fight.”

“Three years ago [they said], ‘daddy, I want you to fight Mayweather. I want you to fight Mayweather. And now it finally happened. They really really want to watch the fight.”

Pacquiao has five children, Emmanuel Jr., Michael Stephen, Mary Divine Grace, Queen Elizabeth and Israel.

Tickets to the long-awaited showdown will be hard to come by but Pacquiao has his kids covered.

The WBO welterweight champion said he is bringing his wife Jinkee and kids to Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden Arena to see the fight, and they will be seated at ring side.
