PUERTO PRINCESA, Philippines—The 2015 PBA All-Star weekend culminated in an emotional jersey-retirement ceremony of veteran guard Jimmy Alapag and a record-breaking All-Star match won by the North All-Stars before an oven-hot, jampacked Puerto Princesa Coliseum here.
Alapag, officially retiring from the PBA, was moved to tears as he spoke about his last 12 years in the league in front family, friends and thousands of fans.

The All-star game, meanwhile, proved to be a display of offensive talent from top players in the league with the North All-Stars topping the South, 166-161.
