Liam Neeson asks ‘buddy’ Manny for 2 tickets to Pacquiao-Mayweather

MANILA, Philippines — Hollywood star Liam Neeson is asking Manny Pacquiao for two tickets to the “Fight of the Century” on May 2 in Las Vegas.

Tickets to the Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Pacquiao megabuck fight will be a very rare commodity and asking it from the Filipino boxing legend himself may just be the best way to get one.

“Manny, two tickets buddy, two tickets,” said the Academy Award-nominated Neeson, who narrated Pacquiao’s documentary, in an interview with ABS-CBN News North America.

Neeson also said he is “definitely” on Pacquiao’s side and even went on to compare the fight to Muhammad Ali and Joe Frazier’s historic first meeting.

“I’m definitely in Manny’s camp. Yeah, sure, I want him to beat this guy [Mayweather],” he said. “This could be the Muhammad Ali-Joe Frazier fight of 1971.
