MANILA, Philippines — Filipino boxing legend Manny Pacquiao had a surprise visitor during his training at the Wild Card Boxing Club in Los Angeles on Friday (Manila time).

Academy Award winner Robert Duvall took time and paid Pacquiao a visit as the Filipino boxing champion prepares for his megabuck fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

The 84-year-old veteran actor and director Duvall appeared in classic films To Kill a Mockingbird and The Godfather I and II, to name a few.

Pacquiao on Thursday (Manila time) stood eye-to-eye with Mayweather before the media in a red carpet press conference held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles.
