Valdez takes home MVP, two other awards in UAAP
MANILA, Philippines—Is there anyone that can stop this girl?
Alyssa Valdez on Saturday took home another MVP Award, her second straight, in the UAAP women’s volleyball landscape.
Article continues after this advertisementAside from her second MVP plum, the Atenean was also hailed UAAP Season 77’s Best Scorer and Best Server.
A couple more Ateneans joined Valdez in the list of awardees with sophomore Jia Morado getting the Best Setter award and outgoing Lady Eagle Denden Lazaro taking the Best Receiver award.
National University’s imposing middle Jaja Santiago was the season’s Best Spiker and Far Eastern University’s Tin Agno was the Best Digger.
