According to UST’s official student publication The Varsitarian, the Tigers will wind up with a minimum 281 points – edging La Salle by a point as per its latest and unofficial tally.

UST could get a little more cushion if its softball squad, which holds the No.3 seed in the stepladder semifinals, finishes at least in third place. La Salle’s softball team was eliminated from Final Four contention.

UST has the most number of overall championships. The school has now won 19 in the last 22 years since the Final Four era.
