Nat’l kart series set in Carmona
MANILA, Philippines—Defending champion Bobby Domingo will try to keep the overall crown as the country’s best karters gear up for the 2015 National Karting Super Series this weekend at Carmona Racetrack in Cavite.
Some 40 karters will be vying for titles, with Domingo competing in the ROK Senior class and new premiere division ROK Shifter.
Gabe Tayao Cabrera, the 2014 Junior Karter of the Year, will be Domingo’s toughest challenger in both divisions.
Article continues after this advertisementJacob Ang, last season’s Clubman Karter of the Year, is tagged top favorite in the KF Junior class. Other titles at stake are the ROK Veteran, Formula SL Expert, Formula SL Novice, Mini-ROK, Formula Cadet Expert and Formula Cadet Novice.
Also on schedule is Round 3 of the KF3 Restricted event.
