Unlike Mayweather’s $25K mouth guard, Pacquiao to use ‘no price’ one
The way the defensive genius Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the offensive juggernaut Manny Pacquiao fight isn’t the only glaring difference between the two welterweight kings.
While Mayweather flaunts his riches following another brashly post of a $25,000 customized mouthpiece he will use for the May 2 showdown, Pacquiao will reportedly wear a mouthguard on fight night that didn’t even cost him a cent.

“It’s a gift so it has no price tag,” Pacquiao told philboxing.com’s Aquiles Z. Zonio.
The mouthpiece was given to him by a Filipino dentist named Ed dela Vega.
“Manny Pacquiao is our national hero. My mouthpiece for him is free,” Dela Vega said.
Article continues after this advertisementPacquiao also doesn’t approve of Mayweather’s ridiculously expensive mouthguard, which has real $100 dollar bills, diamond dust and gold flecks in it.
“I would rather spend the amount to help the poor.”
The world’s highest-paid athlete Mayweather is expected to earn at least $180 million in what could easily go down as the most lucrative fight in combat sports’ history.
