BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN—Juvic Pagunsan came roaring back in the final round with his second 7-under-par 64 of the tournament and missed joining a two-man playoff for the Brunei Open championship by a stroke Sunday.   The 32-year-old Pagunsan birdied seven of his last 14 holes to match his second-round output and finish with a 15-under 269 total, a shot behind Siddikur of Bangladesh and South Africa’s Jbe Kruger, who tied at 268 after 72 holes.   Siddikur (only one name) later became the first Bangladeshi to win on the Asian Tour after beating Kruger with a par on the first extra hole, the 18th, at the par-71 Empire Hotel and Country Club.   Pagunsan, who blew a top-3 finish in the ICTSI Tour in Del Monte last week due to a rules infraction, picked up $18,300 (about P832,650) as he matched his placing in the Queen’s Cup in Thailand last June.   After starting with a 70, Pagunsan came up with a 64 spiked by an eagle, seven birdies and two bogeys. Then he cooled off with a 71 and started the final round four strokes off the pace.   Artemio Murakami rallied with a 65 and became the next best Filipino at 278, good for a tie for 25th. He earned $3,015.   Mars Pucay tied for 31st with a 69 for 280, worth $2,314. Then came Antonio Lascuna at 283 (71), Gene Bondoc at 285 (71) and Gerald Rosales at 286 (72).   Siddikur bogeyed the last hole in regulation play for a 67 to slip into the playoff with Kruger (66).
