Cafe France chalks up third straight win, dispenses MP Hotel
Third time’s the charm for Cafe France as it notched its third straight win in the PBA D-League’s Foundation Cup at the expense of MP Hotel Warriors, 86-77, Thursday afternoon at Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.
Second half rightfully belonged to the Bakers as they turned up the heat on the Warriors with an 11-0 run across the third and fourth quarters with Aaron Jeruta capping it off to put Cafe France up 61-52 at the start of the fourth.
Bakers head coach Edgar Macaraya said he still wants more from his team even with a three-game win streak that saw them climb to second spot with a 3-1 record.

Ahanmisi filled the stat sheets for Cafe France with 18 points, nine boards, six assists, two steals, and a block.
