When two epic people meet, they don’t say long and articulate messages, one of them just shouts the other one’s name. And maybe put a little cute emoji.

Hollywood legend Sylvester Stallone dropped by Wild Card Gym to visit WBO Welterweight Champion Manny Pacquiao.

Unlike Pacquiao’s previous posts of the usual “thank yous,” the eight-division world champion wrote a simple Facebook post.

“Sylvester Stallone!” with a fist emoji to back it up.

It was not the first time the two icons met, Stallone previously visited Pacquiao before the boxer’s fight with Chris Algieri in 2014 in Macau.

Pacquiao gave Stallone an autographed boxing glove and even punched Rambo straight in the jaw.

Well it was a playful punch for the cameras but it was a physical contact befitting two men who can bring the hurt to whoever crosses their path.

Pacquiao is in deep training for his fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 2 (May 3 in Manila) at MGM Grand Garden Arena to unify the WBO, WBA, and WBC Welterweight titles in a fight of their generation’s greatest fighters.

The Filipino champion may be in preparation for what some say is the biggest fight of the century, but he will gladly drop everything when the leader of the Expendables comes knocking.
