When he’s not playing superheroes, or superspies, Jeremy Renner watches boxing, and roots for boxing legend Manny Pacquiao.
Oh, he also takes off his pants.
Inquirer’s Ruben Nepales is in Los Angeles for Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, and he caught up with Renner and co-star Cobie Smulders.
Renner said he’s rooting for Manny Pacquiao over Floyd Mayweather Jr. in boxing’s most expensive fight.
“Come on man. That’s an easy one!” Renner said, when asked who he was rooting for. “My heart’s always with Manny.”
“I’m not wearing any pants,” Renner revealed to Nepales who only had a table between them.
Smulders seconded Renner’s motion as the actor who plays Hawkeye takes his pants off when there is a table during interviews.
Renner said he’ll be watching “most likely from home.”
“I can’t wait. It’s going to be the fight of the century.”Bong Lozada
