HOLLYWOOD — Dionisia Pacquiao, the mother of Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao, arrived in style at the Wild Card Boxing Club on Monday (Tuesday Manila time).
“Mommy D” caught the attention of onlookers and reporters scattered at the parking area of the world-famous gym the moment her grey Honda Accord pulled up.
Sitting in the backseat with her boyfriend Michael Yamson, Dionisia got out of the sedan and a fan immediately called her attention and asked for a picture.
Dionisia, never camera shy, politely declined, saying “kakain muna, pagtapos na lang ha.” Famished, she went straight to his son’s favorite Thai restaurant just below the Wild Card gym.
