A fight broke out in the fourth quarter of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals that saw three players ejected.
Rain or Shine’s Jireh Ibañes and Talk N’ Text’s Matt Ganuelas-Rosser were thrown out for fighting while Quiñahan was charged with a flagrant 2 after throwing the ball straight to Rosser’s face.
The Texters were up 82-72 over the Elastopainters when the skirmish happened.
Ivan Johnson, the Texters’ mercurial import, and Painters head coach Yeng Guiao also had a stand-off with the fiery coach putting up a stance.
