Mayweather Sr. predicts KO win for son against Pacquiao
LAS VEGAS—It will be a stoppage and it won’t be Floyd Mayweather Jr. who will get knocked out.
That’s the outcome Floyd Mayweather Sr. predicts for the big fight between his son and Manny Pacquiao on Saturday (Sunday in Manila) at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

“I’m gonna say this right here: My belief is that he might go forward more this time and I think he’ll send Pacquiao (backpedalling),” said Floyd Sr., who was in a good mood talking to a reporters after the megafight’s final press conference on Wednesday.
“He might move around for a minute, a round or two, but I don’t think Floyd’s going backward for too long,” added Mayweather, former welterweight contender.

Pacquiao, the sport’s only eight-division champion, is said to be the only welterweight around capable of tainting Mayweather’s spotless 47-0 record.
But Floyd Sr. doesn’t appear worried.
“Let me tell you something. All that power that guy’s (Pacquiao) talking about that he got, you won’t see none of that stuff,” he said.
