BOCAUE, Bulacan—United Football League champion Global fell short of qualifying for the knockout stage of the AFC Cup after a scoreless draw with Pahang of Malaysia Wednesday night at Philippine Sports Stadium here. Unable to cash in on their chances, the Filipinos were left to settle for a point in their second meeting with the Malaysian side and finished third in Group G behind South China and Pahang.
