Malolos cagers in vital match

Mighty Malolos fights for dear life today as it clashes with Metro Racal in the final elimination-round playdate of the Filsports Basketball Association Unity Cup at the Colegio de San Sebastian Gym in San Fernando, Pampanga.

The Mighty Bulsu, who are tied with the Laguna Busa Warriors in fifth spot at 3-6, are out to beat the Autocenter Artemis (5-4) in their 5:30 p.m. clash and hope that Antipolo Wang’s and QC UP Diliman lose their games.

The Pilgrims face off with the Busa Warriors, coached by former PBA stars Nick Belasco and Ali Peek, at 3:30 p.m. while the Fighting Maroons battle the Pampanga Foton-Tornadoes at 7:30 p.m. Pampanga-Foton and Metro Racal have already clinched spots in the semifinals with 8-1 and 5-4 slates.
