Palawan-Kidapawan netfest lures 300 entries

NEARLY 300 entries brace for a four-day battle of power and styles as action in the Palawan Pawnshop Regional age-group tennis circuit resumes in Kidapawan City in Cotabato Province today.

To accommodate the big number of participants, organizers have tapped all the courts in the province—with the Kidapawan City Tennis Club as the main venue—for the Group 3 tournament presented by Technifibre and hosted by Kidapawan City Mayor Joseph Evangelista.

“We’d like to thank Palawan Pawnshop for holding a regular tournament here not only for our youth but also for the young players from other towns, cities and provinces in Mindanao,” said Evangelista.
