OKAYAMA, Japan—Filipino Angelo Que fired a three-under-par 69 Friday and made the cut with a 143 total, seven shots off leader Michael Hendry of New Zealand halfway through the Gateway to the Open-Mizuno Open at Setonaikai Golf Club. The three-time Asian Tour winner Que opened with a 74.
