Laker Nick Young proposes to girlfriend Iggy Azalea

The “Fancy” singer said “yes” to a wedding proposal, and very fancy ring.

Los Angeles Lakers guard Nick Young on Tuesday proposed to his girlfriend pop star Iggy Azalea with a 10.43-carat diamond engagement ring during the NBA player’s 30th birthday bash in California.

According to a Daily Mail report, Young presented the “Fancy” singer a ring from Jason of Beverly Hills amounting to $500,000, or equivalent to more than P22.3 million.

Based on videos circulating in social media, Young knelt down in front of the Australian rapper before dropping the big question, to which Azalea replied “yes.”

Young confirmed the engagement in an Instagram post showing a photo of him and Azalea kissing.

“She said yes. It’s over man. I’m getting married!” The caption read.

Citing the statement of Jason of Beverly Hills CEO Jason Arasheben, the report said Young was very involved in the designing of the ring.

“We wanted it to be both a ring of Iggy’s dreams and a ring that fits her personal style. It is always an honor when a client trusts me to help design a ring that symbolizes one of the most important decisions of their life,” Arasheben added.
