Fed League: Eagle Ridge routs Forest Hills

EAGLE Ridge made notice of its title bid after winning four of six matches for a 4.5-1.5 rout of Forest Hills at the start of the 2015 Federation League season.  GM Raymond Bunquin and Jeric Ang scored a 4 and 2 upset of former pro Jude Eustaquio and FH captain Raffy Garcia in Best Ball 1 at the Aoki layout.  Kwon Ill and Kim You-kyun bested CJ Park and Alvin Buenaventura, 5 and 4, in High Low 1 while the Eric Arbues-Boyet Sortijas tandem won against Peter Young and Migs Garcia, 2 and 1, in Greensome 1.
