TOP RANK CEO Bob Arum is receptive to staging a fight between eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao and Briton Amir Khan in Dubai next year. “Absolutely,” Arum told BoxingScene.com when asked if he’s willing to stage a Pacquiao-Khan headliner in the United Arab Emirates if a rematch with Floyd Mayqweather Jr. doesn’t push trough. If ever, however, Pacquiao-Khan will depend upon the full healing of Pacquiao’s right shoulder, which underwent arthroscopic surgery on May 6.
