MANILA, Philippines – Game two of the best-of-three UAAP season 74 finals will go on as scheduled Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum despite rains brought by Typhoon “Quiel.”
The tip-off of between the Ateneo Blue Eagles and the FEU Tamaraws is at 3:30 p.m. while the awarding ceremonies for the individual honors is at 2 p.m.
If the Tamaraws forge a winner-take-all, the third game will likely be played on Tuesday, October 4, although no official schedule has been released.
Those planning to watch the game live, though, will have to adjust their travel plans as the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said it temporarily suspended its operations after its system bogged down due to power failure.
Game two was postponed last Tuesday due to Typhoon “Pedring.”
