Smalltime cockers vying for Pasay derby title today
Smalltime cockers collide with Metro Manila derby regulars in the “Maliitan Lang” 3-Cock Derby backed by Sagupaan Complexor 3000 Friday at Pasay City Cockpit.
The guaranteed prize is expected to top P200,000 due to the big number of entries, according to hosts Gerry Maningas, Dick Olano and Ame Zarate.
Participants come from Sta. Monica Cockpit, San Juan Coliseum, Pasay Cockpit, New Makati Coliseum, Roligon, Elorde Cockpit Stadium and Las Piñas Coliseum.
Up next at PCC on Monday is the 3-Cock Derby/ Fastest Win with P120,000 at stake.
The champion will pocket P80,000 while the remaining P40,000 will be divided as prizes for the following: fastest win, P15,000; second, P10,000; third, P10,000 and fourth, P5,000. The prizes will be based on the last fight of each participant.
