SAMUI, Thailand—Filipino Miguel Tabuena again broke par with a 1-under 70 and moved up to a six-way tie for 21st place after three rounds of the weather-hit Queen’s Cup on Saturday. Tabuena, who rallied with a 69 after an opening 73, had a 54-hole total of 212, 10 strokes behind Akinori Tani of Japan, who scorched the Santiburi Samui Country Club course with a 64 for 202.
