An Iron Man Father’s Day for James Yap

Iron Man’s alter ego is billionaire chick-magnet Tony Stark, but it’s not always the case.

For James Yap, Iron Man’s alter ego is James Yap.

His son Bimby seems to think so to, if his father’s to be believed.

Donning an Iron Man shirt after their 117-89 win over Barako Bull, Yap said “I am Bimby’s favorite Iron Man.”

Well if James is Iron Man, Bimby could be Iron Kid or something, thanks to James.

James said during their bonding moment just before Sunday, which is Father’s Day, he gave his son Iron Man socks.

“This Iron Man shirt was his gift and I gave him Iron Man socks,” James said.

He said whenever he’s with Bimby, he wants to bond every single minute and if his wishes were allowed, he wants to be with his son for longer times.

James, however, can only see Bimby for a few days due to a court order.

“If I was asked, I’d want to bond with him longer, but there’s a court order,” James said who finished with 17 points. “I want to pour all my effort in bonding with him.”
