Fresh from his Southeast Asian Games victory, Treat Huey shifts his campaign on grass when he and American partner Scott Lipsky see action in the ATP 250 Aegon Open in Nottingham, England.
The 29-year-old Huey, who won the mixed doubles gold with Denise Dy in Singapore early this month, and Lipsky will take on top seeds Marcel Granollers of Spain and Leander Paes of India in the first round of the event leading to the Wimbledon championship next month.
Granollers is ranked 13th in the world, while Paes is 24th.
Currently ranked 62nd in the world in doubles, Huey and world No. 36 Lipsky are looking for their second title this season after ruling the Estoril Challenger last May in Portugal.
They are expected to enter the main draw of the Wimbledon slated to start next week. Marc Anthony Reyes
