Pringle was picked first over all in the 2014 PBA draft.
A frontrunner in this season’s Rookie of the Year race, Pringle doesn’t mind winning the award knowing that all the league’s neophytes gave their best.

Pringle admitted that though many people have been praising him for a job well done in his first PBA season, he still has to tweak his game including his conditioning.
“I got to pace myself a little bit better because I was cramping. I got to work on that for sure.”
But the 26-year-old did give the public a glimpse of his potential as he and Terrence Romeo forged a menacing duo for GlobalPort.
And he’s looking forward to another run with his backcourt mate next season, armed with with deeper experience.
“I told Terrence he had a hell of a season. He has a motor in him that he needs to keep on going, keep on getting better. He’s a great player and he showed that this season,” he said. “GlobalPort is always going to play hard, is always going to get better. We’re just going to try to get better. That’s our goal in the off-season. Everybody wants to get better.”
While he plans to get better over the off-season, one thing he has no plans about is his trademark beard.
“I have no idea (when to cut it). My hair grows fast. It grows back in like three months. But it’s just hair,” he said. CFC
