Former NBA player and Barangay Ginebra import Jackson Vroman died in car crash Tuesday (Manila time), multiple reports said. He was 34.

Vroman played for the Phoenix Suns (2005) and the New Orleans Hornets (2006) in the NBA and several European teams before suiting up for the Kings in the 2012 PBA Commissioner’s Cup.

The naturalized Lebanese, who came in as a replacement for Chris Alexander, led Ginebra to a semifinals stint before the Kings bowed to B-Meg, 3-1.

He also steered Lebanon to fourth place in the 2009 Fiba Asia Championship.
