MANILA, Philippines—Sacha Feliciano stole the spotlight anew, nailing the hotly contested Formula SL Novice division in the Petron Karting Series recently at the Clark international Speedway.

Despite qualifying on the second row and finishing fourth in one of the heats, the 17-year-old Beacon Academy student still turned back the challenge of Tonyo Carcel, Joseph Marwin Rojo, Basti Escalante and Jaz Monzones.

Feliciano now leads the standings by 20 points and, with only one race left on the calendar, is now the favorite to take home the title.
