The NCAA has postponed its Thursday games with rains still pouring hard over Metro Manila due the northwest monsoon and Typhoon “Falcon.”
In a statement, NCAA Management Committee Chair Melchor Divina cited “inclement weather” and the red rainfall warning the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) raised over Metro Manila.
Divina also took note of San Juan’s cancellation of classes as the games’ venue, San Juan Arena, is under the jurisdiction of the city.
Emilio Aguinaldo College was set to face Lyceum of the Philippines University for the first game while San Sebastian and San Beda were scheduled for the second game.
