NCAA cancels games

The NCAA postponed its games scheduled Thursday due to inclement weather.

NCAA Management Committee chair Melchor Divina of Mapua said the postponement was because of storm signal No. 2, red rainfall warning and the cancellation of classes by San Juan where the games are being held.

Postponed games will be played in the latter part of the first round.

Defending champion San Beda was supposed to meet dangerous San Sebastian at Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.

Emilio Aguinaldo College, meanwhile, was scheduled to play Lyceum in the other match of the seniors doubleheader.
