Fresh from an impressive run in the 16th Asian Volleyball Confederation beach tour Samila Open in Songkhla, Thailand, Jade Becaldo of Cebu City will be a player to watch when she teams up with Hachaliah Gilbuena of Tagum City for SM By the Bay Team A.
Becaldo, of University of Visayas, landed in the top 10 in Thailand with partner Edward Ybanez of Univesity of Southern Philippines.
Also expected to shine in the tourney are fellow regional entries Fiola Mae Ceballos of Central Philippine University, Cindy Benitez of University of Cordilleras and Florence Madulid of University of Baguio.
