Photobombers are normal occurrences in sports. They may randomly pass by an athlete being interviewed or deliberately pause for the camera.

Still, for the past few weeks, there has been one photobomber who captured the attention of the PBA nation, a random man with a mole near his nose and a buzz cut.
Well, that person is Marvin Igcol, a 26-year-old plumber from Bohol.
Igco, has been the darling of the PBA faithful with his constant “appearances” behind the best players of the game every time the latter gets interviewed on the television.
He said everything happened in happenstance and with just the simple desire of getting to see his face on TV.
“I just want to see myself on the TV,” the Alaska Aces fan said in Filipino Wednesday at Smart Araneta Coliseum. “No one made me do it, nobody talked me into it. I just figured I want to be on TV.”
As always.

Igcol said he usually watches games alone and usually sits at the lower boxes of the historic coliseum.
He, however, used to sit in the VIP section when the Meralco Bolts were still playing because of the team’s driver, his friend, who would give him the pricy tickets.
It’s only fitting that the first photobomb he made was with Bolts import Andre Emmett at Cuneta Astrodome on May 13. And that chance photobomb made him the “Pambansang Photobomber.”
Now, with the Bolts not playing, Igcol said he now pays for his own tickets and he just wants to see the games live.
Igcol admitted he is fine with his newfound stardom as he accepts an average of 200 friend requests on Facebook on a daily basis.
The real die hard PBA fan! Always present sa lahat ng game.

“There are so many people who added me on Facebook, I was actually surprised,” Igcol said.
Sadly, Igcol will not be watching the following games of the Finals because he will go home to Bohol. TVJ
